Counselling Areas – Questions
Therapy provides a dedicated space to reflect and be heard without interruptions. It is valuable time to address matters that might otherwise be overlooked in daily life. A trained counsellor helps you process your thoughts and move forward toward the changes you are seeking.
Everything shared during sessions is confidential, except in situations where there is a risk to yourself or others, or when required by law. In such cases, we will attempt to discuss the situation with you beforehand. Session notes are kept securely and anonymously. In addition, sessions are regularly supervised to ensure the best therapeutic approach.
This is also an option available to clients due to the wide variety of topics addressed. We aim to ensure that each client is supported by professionals with expertise in the relevant area.
Individual Session (60 minutes): £50
Couples Therapy (60 minutes): £60
Introductory Session (60–90 minutes): £35
Sessions must be paid in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
